Instructional Design

After getting laid off from Alcatel, where I was head of the Product Training Development team based in Kanata, Ontario. (The team at one point was twenty five strong and growing, until we (Newbridge) were taken over by Alcatel). Alcatel's doctrine was different from our former employers and passed the onus of product training development back to the regions, rather than where the products were designed and manufactured. Being a hands-on type of guy, I realised that the only way to carry on doing what I do best and enjoy doing, was to start my own company. Course We Can Limited was set up in the early part of 2003, and we've been busy ever since.
